Stage 1 (383 km): to Bridlington, then back to base. Stage 2 (224 km): to Blackpool & Glasson Dock, then to the weighvers' seaport of Hollingworth Lake; returning home on England's longest continuous downhill road.

ANOTHER 3 COASTS 600 – 605 km. Audax                                                                                                                          (WY)

Using the Spurn Head 400 route to visit the East Coast at Spurn Point & The Good Companions route to visit the West Coast at Glasson Dock and the 'weighvers' seaport.
